Vintage Wedding Dresses Illusion Necklines

Three of my favourite wedding dresses from Catherine Deane's 2012 Collection featuring vintage inspired lace wedding dresses with lace backs and illusion necklines.

Leticia Wedding Gown:

Delicately gathered tulle forms the foundation of the dress with the bodice incased with a layer of invisible tulle embroidered in flowering branches.

Lita Wedding Dress:

Sumptuos silk satin underlay dress is with a relaxed silk tulle bodice and petal shaped skirt edged with pearls and antique silver bead and 3 dimensional flower embroidery. The dress is fully lined in silk satin with bust cups.

Lia Wedding Dress:

Antique french lace inspired embroidered silk tulle dress with long sleeve. The dress is fully lined in silk satin with bust cups and boning for support.

Finely gathered french silk tulle with sheer tulle straps and waist tie with a back train. Metallic french guipure lace is appliqued at the neckline and hemline. Fully lined in silksatin with bust cups and boning for additional support.

Florentina Ian Stuart

A romantic opulent gown in silk satin. The bodice is strapless and draped across the body, before falling into an asymmetrical drape across the skirt, held to the right hand side with an intricate bow and a corsage of flowers. This same detail accentuates the back left waist, before the skirt cascades into a flowing long train.

Tiered Tulip Gown

Stunning long white wedding dress with a huge black bow from Anthropologie courtesy of bhldn.com.

We're smitten with this flower-fresh silhouette. Its five floaty layers of organza playfully open at the hem to reveal a tulle flounce. Each tier is trimmed in black pearl-edge stitches for a bit of contrast, while a silk sash lends soft volume to the front or back waist. Fluttering ruffles at the sweetheart neckline accentuate the bust, and an interior corset and bra cups provide extra support. Falls to the floor, with just enough space for your shoes to peek out. Hidden side zip. Silk; silk lining with a nylon tulle petticoat.
